About the Role: We are seeking Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program, commencing January 2026, based in Cockburn WA. You’ll develop your clinical skills across NDIS and community practice , supporting participants aged 6–65 years across: Neurological conditions Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Psychosocial disability This is a community-based role delivering participant-led, functional therapy in real-world environments. Your Day-to-Day: Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans Deliver therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic rooms Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team Build long-term relationships and see the real impact of your work Our Graduate Program – How We Back You: We believe grads thrive when support is structured, visible and consistent.
